I know, I know - I haven't updated in ages. Well, I recently switched jobs and have been adjusting to the new hours, playing WoTLK (of course), and getting ready for company that's due in tomorrow :) Because I was scheduled to work Thanksgiving, we decided to go to Hilo on the 25th and celebrate with the G family - who went out of their way to prepare a meal for me a few days before Thanksgiving - so Mahalo Nui Loa to the G family for making me feel at home!
Anyhow, I was able to spend all of Monday and part of Tuesday in Hilo and of course wander around a bit and take some photos. I didn't bother taking the D60, so these photos are a little less detailed than usual - but I think you'll get the idea. It was a little overcast (when isn't it in Hilo) but here are a few of Lili'uokalani Park and one of Rainbow Falls - and of course a picture of A's brand new (as in 11 days old) nephew, Rylan.
As is usual with my luck, I came home and showed up to work on Turkey Day, only to be told that I didn't need to work - meaning I could have stay in Hilo for a few more days. Oh well, company will be here soon - so I may not post again for a bit, but rest assured I will have plenty of photos and stories to share.
